Our Registered Nurse Charge Nurses are responsible for performing a diverse range of tasks aimed at delivering the best possible healthcare services to our patients:

• Examining a patient's temperature, blood pressure, and other significant readings
• Handling basic patient care responsibilities, such as changing a bandage or catheterization
• Monitoring the patient's condition, temperament, and conduct and notifying an RN Unit Manager or the attending Physician of any alterations
• Patient recounts significant memories involving family members
• Describing patients' healthcare, detailing the procedures recommended by their doctors, and addressing any worries or concerns they may have
• Executing medication distribution as directed by physicians to patients
• One of the primary duties of healthcare providers is to provide patients with immunizations to protect them from various diseases
• Working alongside CNA’s and NA’s to provide optimal care and comfort to patients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• The nurse is in good standing with the Federal and State licensing authorities and meets all the necessary licensure prerequisites
• Developing interpersonal and teamwork skills is critical to ensure collaboration and support within healthcare teams
• Using digital records for patient history and trends allows for more personalized and effective care plans
• A person who has successfully completed an approved program in licensed practical nursing
